How do I book ?
Once you find a trainer and time that works for you . You can book through the My Addict Fitness Interactive website or Zoom app .
Do I need equipment ?
If you have gym equipment please let your trainer know . They will customize workout from the existing equipment . If you don't have any gym equipment your trainer will work with whatever you have around the house ... including backpacks , chairs , towel , water bottles and etc.
How does this differ from online classes being offered ?
This is truly a one-on-one , personalized experience the trainer is dedicated to you for the entire time and will work to help create a program tailored for you . Rather than following along with others , you will get a high personalized experienced to motivate you and build structure around your goals.
I can no longer attend my session . Can I reschedule or cancel ?
Yes , you can cancel or reschedule free of charge until 8hours before your sessions starts.
What is Virtual Personal Training ?
Virtual Personal Training is an offering from My Addict Fitness Interactive that pairs you with a certified personal trainer for a live , 1-on1 training session .
Why VPT ?
We at My Addict Fitness Interactive believe that the two most important elements of any successful fitness program are that you enjoy it and are held accountable . The best way to ensure that both of these goals are met , is by training with a real live personal trainer . Enter Virtual Personal Training unlike pre-recorded content or group classes , VPT allows for trainers to tailor workouts specifically for you to ensure it is something you enjoy doing .
What if I am recovering from injury ?
Our trainers will enquire about all of your limitations and injuries so they can craft the perfect workout for you . Whether you want to avoid certain areas or recover lost strength , they will have a plan .
I am not in the Malaysia . Does it cost more for me ?
Not at all ! We encourage all international users to participate and there is no extra fee . The only thing you need is a credit card .
